My EZ-Kit Uniform Item(s) Might Be Defective. What Do I Do?

Picture this: you received your uniforms for the season but something doesn't look quite right. After comparing what you got to what the other players on the team have, it's clear that there might be an issue. What do you do?

This article serves as a primer into the common EZ-Kit defects that we see reported each season. As stated in our Defect Policy, we guarantee our apparel to be free of manufacturing defects as well as customization defects for 6 months from the date of purchase.

Please note this warranty does not cover issues such as pulls in fabric, color loss, or shrinkage.  This warranty also does not cover damage due to improper washing/drying practices.  Please see this article for more information on how to wash/dry your kit items.

Below we've attached a graphic that details our five most common defects. If an item you received from your order is experiencing one of the following, contact customer service at your earliest convenience.

Should your item be deemed defective, we'll be able to guide you though the next steps. Each one of these examples are handled differently, so we're not able to go into further detail in this article. That said, our team will provide you with the quickest way to resolve the defect. We appreciate your patience with us as we work to address that with you.
