WeGotSoccer offers a full refund on regular priced non-custom, unused products within 30 days of purchase. There are a few stipulations however:
- ALL clearance items are considered FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged
- Footwear must be returned in the original shoe box and cannot be taped or damaged
- We suggest trying all merchandise on in a clean, indoor area to ensure that the item fits to your liking
- All items must include original tags and packaging in new condition
- Numbered or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged
- Please do not return anything back to WeGotSoccer that exceeds the 30 day period, or violates any portion of the stated policy, as we will not be able to process a refund and the item will be shipped back to you with a $9.99 service and shipment fee to the original form of payment
- Returns and Exchanges can only be made within 30 days of purchase
