WeGotSoccer Shipping FAQs

WeGotSoccer encourages customers to inspect their products within 48 hours of order delivery to ensure accuracy. If an order contains a discrepancy, please contact customer service within 5 business days of delivery. We are only able to provide further direction within 7-10 business days of the last update marked in the tracking information.

Where do you ship to?

We ship anywhere in the U.S., U.S., territories, and Canada.

I paid for expedited shipping but my order is taking longer than the shipping time. What does that mean?

If you paid for 3-business day, 2-business day, or 1-business day shipping, this does not change WeGotSoccer’s standard order processing time of 1-3 weeks. Rather, after our production process is complete, you will receive your items within the shipping timeframe you paid for.

For example, when selecting two-business day shipping, your order will process in the stated processing time and will be in transit with the carrier for 2 business days.

The tracking for my order says it's delivered, but I haven’t gotten it yet. What should I do?

If the tracking information from your order is marked as delivered but it is not received, we advise you to reach out to the carrier for more information. WeGotSoccer does not accept any responsibility and cannot provide further assistance once the carrier has successfully marked the package as delivered.

The tracking for my order says “returned to the original sender”. What does that mean?

If an order is marked as a “Return to Sender”, this means there was a complication delivering the order to the provided address. Typically, the order will be sent back to our facility for re-delivery. When this happens, our team will contact you through your account email to confirm your shipping address. Once the address is confirmed we will reprocess the shipment for delivery.*

*This process will occur once the order has arrived at our facility.

I selected ‘Ship To Store’ at checkout - how long do I have to pick it up?

"Ship to Store" orders may remain in retail locations within 30 days from the date marked “ready for pickup”. Please be advised orders in excess of 30 days will be shipped to the address on your account and a charge of $9.99 will be prompted to your original payment method.
