# Why Can't I See the Customer Service Chat?

## Our team is available on chat from 10 AM to 6 PM EST from Monday to Saturday. Mobile users may have to clear their browser's cookies, or use a normal browsing tab.

The Customer Service Team at WeGotSoccer is here to answer any questions you may have! We're available from 10 AM to 6 PM Eastern Standard Time. The chat widget will appear on the website during our operational hours.

### Why Can't I See the Customer Service Chat?

Outside of the above hours, the chat is unavailable. We suggest reaching out via email (**info@wegotsoccer.com**) for more assistance outside of operational hours.

### I'm On Mobile, But I Still Can't See It?

Be sure to clear your mobile browser's cookies if you are unable to view the chat on our website. Additionally, if you are using an Apple iPhone, chat **cannot** be viewed within private Safari browsers. Only use a regular browsing tab in Safari to access our chat widget.
