When your order is backordered, don't panic! We can let you know when it comes back in stock, or what other options to explore.
Backorder is a term used to refer to products that are set to arrive to our facility, after the stock we have on hand becomes unavailable. In the event that your item is backordered, don't fret! We are likely to receive it back on our shelves at a later date.
Backorder information is often times listed on the item's page on our website, underneath the "Add to cart" button. See below for an example of what this looks like.
Please note that you are only charged once for the order total. While backordered orders will receive their items in multiple shipments, you will not be charged multiple times. Additionally, backorder information is tentative and subject to change.
