How Do I Return Items From My Order?

Review the return policy, download the form, and ship it to our facility.

Returns are made easy at WeGotSoccer! Below we list the steps to get your return started:

Review the Return Policy

Before initiating a return, please review our return policy here or our EZ-Kit (custom uniform) return policy here. Returning an item that violates our return policy may result in a denied return. In the event a return meets the criteria for denial, the item will be shipped back to you with a $9.99 service and shipment fee prompted to the original form of payment.

Download and Print the Return Form

We facilitate returns using the form attached here. Please download it and print it out. Note that this document is not a return label as WeGotSoccer does not incur the cost of shipping for returns. However, you are able to use any shipping provider available to you in order to send the return items back to us.

Complete the Form

After printing the return form, identify the items you want to send back for a refund. When the document calls for item information, use the information from your packing slip or account's order history to fill it out. Please also make sure to specify the payment method for the refund.

Ship To Our Facility

Once the form is complete, include it with the items for your return. From there, please package the items and ship it to the following address:

Returns can also be brought to the retail store for drop off. (Only eligible in our Wrentham, MA and St. John's, FL locations; our San Diego, California and Carlsbad, California stores do not support online returns).

Once received by us, the items will undergo a brief quality check. If successful, the refund will be prompted to the original payment method. If not, we would contact you accordingly.

Additional Details

All return items must be in new and an unused condition with any tags, packaging, and any additional accessories that were included. If your return contains cleats, please ensure the cleats box is placed in other packing material for shipping to ensure the box does not have anything taped or placed on it.
